What is nearshoring outsourcing?

Nearshoring is the when outsourced services are being sent to the countries that are near the major source. This is in contrast to sending them to the markets that are found in far-clung places like Malaysia or India.

The proximity of nearshore countries are competing with those that countries which are located in far countries but are also capable of what other countries can do.
